Good Morning Girls!!

Today's Color: Untamed Luxury from Color Club.

Its a blue glitter polish (close to teal i suppose) that has a matching base coat. It was quite dense so the below pics only required 2 coats.

Drying time was pretty fast and it applied well too. Only thing i don't like about glitters is some sticks out of your fingers! Just like how it is in the pic so it feels really uncomfortable coz looks messy. Also removing them is a pain:-)

Morning girls…

Ok so I’m back to blogging, and hopefully its for good :-D. Sometimes this lazy part of me creeps in though and I just hope it doesn’t effect my blogging this year:-D. SO how’s things? I really hope Christmas and New Year was well for all of you. Well work starts now! (For me at least). It’s been almost 3 weeks since I went to work and today is my first day at work since new year. Of course there are plenty of resolution yada yada yada but its not starting out good :-( I just can’t help it! Wanna jump back to bed if I could!

Anyway today I’m wearing Color Club’s Up Town Girl. Now that’s a good start :-)

Absolutely love this color. Up town girl is a light purple with a hint of grey. You know the –not-so-bright purple type. It reminds me a lot of the discontinued color from OPI: Parlez Vous OPI. I’ve always hoped to have it back in the list (wonder why OPI Discontinued it) but this is totally a great substitute. Unfortunately I’m not able to do any comparison, as I don’t have Parlez Vous anymore :-(

Now lets get technical:-)

Application: was flawless. The brush is easy to handle so it gave a good non-streaky finish. The formula is average. It’s a bit towards the thick side but again I didn’t have any problem with application so its fine :-) Probably because it was crème? I don’t know. The drying time was ok. Not too fast but didn’t keep me waiting that much. All in all, I like this polish.

COLOR CLUB BEST DRESSED LIST SWATCHES & REVIEW

Guess what? My nails have grown! yeay! So I’m back to 'business'! I've got so many colors to show you guys so do come back often to check em out.

While then, here’s another nude polish. Its a color from Color Club; Best Dressed List. Kind of like it. The color looks a bit like my skin tone. But in the bottle it looks like it’s a mixture of 50% orange and 50% brown. Probably it still is and I’m orange-ish brown! Omg! Anyway, here's how it looks like:

Overall the application was marvelous. I can't believe something as cheap as this can be that good! Its really easy to apply and so smooth! The drying time was average and I can’t say much about how long would it last before it chips coz I didn't have it on longer than a day. But if this is similar to color club’s gossip column, then let me say that it’s still there on my feet nails; chip-free although it’s been more than a month (and I don't have any top coat or base coat on!) So if this is anything like that then WOW!!

So what’s your experience like with color club? Does it last that long?

COLOR CLUB GOSSIP COLUMN SWATCHES & REVIEW

Good Morning girls.

Ok today im gonna show you girls this color from ColorClub: Gossip Column. This is my first time using a polish from this brand and ill have to say its pretty impressive. First because its cheap, and secondly I love the colors they’ve got to offer!

Neway back to today’s color, Gossip Column is a dark blue color. Something that can easily called as peacock blue. I know you’ve seen quite a bit of this color this year but I still think this is the perfect peacock blue. Its fully cream, and it applies flawlessly. Drying time was good too. Only problem was the brush tends to get ‘stuck’ on the nails so that was a really bad application problem. Otherwise, it was great.
