Swatches: Nude Mattes

Hi girls.. This will be our very own first swatch. Hope its ok..

Its inspired by Marc Jacob's OPI matte nude collections seen in Spring 2010 fashion week.

Samoan Sand:

Samoan Sand | Samoan Sand + Matte Top Coat

Its the most ideal nude colour for fair toned girls. It has the right tone- a little pink, a little peach; as a whole, very natural and stylish. If you need a break from colours- this is one of the best colour to try out.

The matte version makes your nails look clean instead of painted (if you know what i mean). In conclusion, its good nude shade for faired tone skin.

Malaysian Mist

Malaysian Mist | Malaysian Mist + Matte Top Coat

It’s a gorgeous pink-sheer natural nail colour shade. Will look really good on a slightly tanned girls. Reminds me of a less-creamy version of bubble bath. It’s one of the best selling colour in Malaysia. (I’m pretty sure it has a lot to do with the name)

French manicure will look really good with this colour. The matte version looks good as well for a more trendy nude finish. But overall the normal version looks better.

Dulce De Leche:

Dulce De Leche | Dulce De Leche + Matte Top Coat

It’s a very lovely mauve-y pink shade. Will look really good on Asian skin. Personally, this colour is one of my favorite shades of nudes. Its just perfect. There aren’t any words to describe how gorgeous it is. The matte version also looks really good. Out of all 4 shades this time, ill give this 5/5!

Barefoot in Barcelona

Barefoot In Barcelona | Barefoot In Barcelona + Matte Top Coat

This colour reminds me of chocolate milk shake-with lots and lots of ‘susu manis’. It isn’t very dark, but not light too. One of the darkest nude shades in this swatch. It will look good on dark toned people, but will also look quite nice on other tones as well. The shade will be quite flexible with everyone’s skin. It’s a beautiful colour and it has a little classy feel to it. If you are one of those who don’t want ‘loud’ colours to work but something that is noticeable and classy, then this is the perfect shade for you.
