CHINA GLAZE RUBY PUMPS SWATCHES & REVIEW

Good Morning Girls!!

Okay color today is one of my favorite: Ruby Pumps from China Glaze.

I know almost every review site had swatched them but this is mine:-) Unfortunately it didn’t turn out as great as it should be. My photography skill just sucks! :-(

Anyway back to the color; Ruby pumps is a deep red polish with little shimmers on it. Applying it was easy, the drying time was remarkable and removing it also wasn’t so much of a pain unlike other shimmery, glitter polishes.

In a whole, LOVE IT!! Okie girls, as usual its Monday morning and I’m getting late!! Tada..

Morning girls..

Color today: China Glaze Millennium.

It’s a pure silver based metallic color that is so great because I love the way it dries really fast!! It’s the silverest silver polish that I’ve ever seen and when it dries it becomes metal like polish!

Natural Lighting

Application was flawless and everything else was great too. All in all, it’s a great polish and I hear it’s the best for konading :-) Will be trying that out soon.. Cya.

CHINA GLAZE ROBOTIKA SWATCHES & REVIEW

Good Morning Girls..

Well today im gonna show you guys a color from the China Glaze Khrome collection. Ive got the whole set with me unfortunately due to time constraint I could only swatch one. I will upload the others on days to come.

This collection was actually requested by one of Nail Galore’s reader from Malaysia. So I really hope you enjoy this.

Robotika is a bronze metallic polish that dries so fast! Oh my its like applying matte on my polish. Within a minute it had dried! Plus this was only a layer! It gives a metallic finish and application was awesome too! No wonder people are talking about this! Neway heres the color:

CHINA GLAZE CARIBBEAN BLUE SWATCHES & REVIEW

OMG!! I just love this shade of blue! and when i saw this in head2toe beauty's site, i couldn't resist to purchase it! Usually i would view the swatches first and view the color on nails etc before purchasing but this shade made me just buy it without any second thought and true enough, it didn't disappoint me at all! China Glaze Caribbean Blue is a light blue just like the sea and its also 'sparkly' like it! really! it has this small mini shimmers in it and that really makes this polish outstanding!

The application was average ( i don't really like china glaze's brush for no valid reason at all) and the drying time was ok for me. But the beauty of the color makes me forget all this and yes i'm gonna wear it again really soon:-)

CHINA GLAZE AWAKENING COLLECTION FOR HALLOWEEN 2010 SWATCHES & REVIEW

Wanna see the gorgeous China Glaze’s Awakening Collection? Tada..

Ick-A-Bod-Y

Ick a body is a black based polish with orange glitters on it. Yes ORANGE GLITTERS!! I’ve never seen that before! And so its simply my favorite! This was 3 coats.

Zombie Zest

Zombie Zest is a dark greenish base polish, covered with green & gold glitters. Its also nice but it reminds me too much of Orly’s Its Not Rocket Science so I wouldn’t say its totally awesome. A bit only:-D

Mummy May I?

Love the name. Its cute isn’t it? Well Mummy may I has a blackish, purplish base with purple glitters stuck on it. Its gorgeous too but I like it more for its name:-D

Neway, as for overall, this is a fabulous collection. Especially since almost everyone is into glitters this time of the year although I don’t see glitters on Malaysian’s nails (I wonder why?hmm) but it surely is famous elsewhere. Application wise, to get an opaque finish, about 3 coats were needed. Now the great thing about this polish is that unlike all the other glitter polishes that has clear base, this already has a base (the dark color base) so another polish is not needed as the base. Drying time was pretty fast, and just to get a supper glossy finishing, I recommend putting on a top coat. The only pain in the arse was the removing part. I hate removing glitter polishes and this is one of those polishes that takes like 10 mins just to remove it. But putting that aside, everything else was great. So what you think? Like it?

CHINA GLAZE FOR AUDREY SWATCHES & REVIEW

Hey girls..

Now before I went to bed, I want to show you girls this famous color from China Glaze. Ok actually it’s THE famous color from CG. Some say it looks like Chanel’s Nouvelle Vague, and some considers it as a replica of Tiffany & Co.’s patented blue. In my opinion, it’s the exact of both.

So wanna see the ‘powerful’ color? Presenting to you “For Audrey”.

Artificial Lighting

Nice huh? Well too bad you can’t see the shine in this picture. I just didn’t know how to capture it but really it shines, not as matte as this. Everything was fine with this color except that its too streaky! I hate the application. The color is thicker than usual that its a bit hard to apply. I had to put on a ‘thick’ topcoat to cover the streak. Thank god it dries fast (not sure it’s the polish or the top coat). But ya I like the color:-) I mean it’s the green genre so naturally its my favorite.

So is this one of your favorite polish? Or do you think its overhyped?

CHINA GLAZE HOLIDAY 2010 COLLECTION SWATCHES: THE OTHERS

Good Morning girls..

Today im gonna show you guys the last part of the China Glaze’s 2010 Holiday Collection. But before that, please remember that today is the last day for the Nail Galore’s Give away so for those of you who have not joined it, please feel free to do so before 0000 Malaysian time todayJ

So back to the collection, well this is the part of the collection I like because you don’t get these colors anytime of the year but at the end of the year only so here goes..

Frosty.

Frosty is a white sheer-shimmer polish that reminds me of snow flakes! Its really gorgeous and although this reminds me of winter wonderland from Orly, there is just something to this that’s much attractive. Probably because it had smaller flakes? I don’t know. But to get a full coverage as this, I had to apply 3 layer of the polish but yes! It can be worn alone! Although of course it would look more obvious with a white base coat.

Snow

Snow is a white crème polish that is easily found anywhere. Its basically just a white polish- just like OPI alpine Snow, Orly’s white out etc. But if you don’t own any white polish, then probably you should go for this. Why? Coz its so smooth! You know how streaky it gets whenever you apply white polishes? I dono why but they always seem more ‘thicker’ than the other average polishes but this was so smooth and applied admirable well!

Cheers To You

Cheers to you is a metallic silver shimmery polish. It has a very metallic-y silver finish that could easily pass as a faux minx polish. Very cool.

Midnight Kiss

This is a soft gold polish that has metallic finish too. Nice but not one of its kind. Notice that OPI has the same color too? No? Click here to view it. Now I wouldn’t say it’s a drop dead dupe but its similar and its awful that I now have 2 of the same color:-(

Party Hearty

This is my favorite color in this whole collection because of its versatility. Its so cool that it changes everything you wear! Unfortunately I don’t have this color on its own (accidently deleted it. How dumb can I get!) So here there are few swatches on how it looks like on the other polishes in this collection.

Call me crazy but I like it on Midnight kiss the most:-)

So anyway girls, overall it is a full on Christmas collection. Lots of glitters, reds and green.. really nice, applied easily, average drying time for some while others were fairly fast and most importantly cheap!

Hey girls.. Ok so this is my second part of the China Glaze Holiday 2010 collection swatches- the Reds.

Again it’s a gorgeous collection and the pictures this time is very similar with the real thing so I really hope you girls will forgive me for the lack of information regarding it. But seriously, doesn't picture always says more thn words? :-).. enjoy..
